Promoting Child Care Practices

The state Child Health Resource Center organized a state – level work shop on child rearing carry out in Orissa Sunday.
Important child rearing practices in the state rampant in different areas were discussed.
Strategies to promote effective practices and offset harmful practices were also discussed.
Participants from Sundargarh, Mayurbhanja, Malkanagiri, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Rayagada, Angul, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Nawarangpur, Bargarh, Kalahandi, were present on the occasion.
The director, state Institute of Health and Family Welfare, said that child health dialogue can be de mystified by understanding the issues in a practical way.
