Trail Begins in Nun Rape Case

Well, it’s the third phase of trail proceedings in the Nun gang rape case was announced in the Court of District and Sessions Judges, Cuttack. As per the court sources, the statement of witness Kisiyen Pradhan was recorded by the prosecution led by advocate Laxmidhar Mishra. It’s the Defense Council Souri Mohapatra cross questioned him. However, the Nun didn’t turn up before the Trail Court. She is expected to appear in the Trail Court session further to record her statement.
