Massive expolsion in Duagaon, Jagatsinghpur
On 29th april, there was a massive fire explosion in Duagaon of Barikana panchayat under Balikuda block of Jagatsinghpur.In this explosion, 28 villages has ruined to ashes.Villagers are leading a painful life after the destruction of their homes. It has been mentioned that this disaster happened when an electric wire circuit fell to the roof of a house. Although a fire brigade reached the place after getting the news , but a fire van wasn’t sufficient enough to stop the fire. The fire brigade can’t save any materials.
The villagers sorrows multiplied as they arent getting a roof to live in this scorching summer.Balikuda Peoples association has helped the villagers to get relief. The association has pleaded the government to help the villagers with Indira Abas Yojana as soon as possible.
