Maoists are making their presence in all over the state.It is Similial wildlife sanctuary in Nuapada which has been targeted again by the red brigade on Saturday afternoon.

It has been reported that 20 armed maoists attacked the office of Similipal sanctuary and took away all the documents and other equipments found there.At the time of terror, no officials are present on the sot. Hence, no casualities has been found.

The police guess that the maoists have come from Chhatisgarh district as they were communicating in Hindi, that too in the local language of the neighboring state among them.The 20 armed terrorists has boarded two tractors to reach the place.

Nuapada has been attacked before on June 22.The previous attack was severe as the maoists had blown a forest house here.40-50 maoists including women had attacked last time injuring a forest guard severely.

Maoists has stepped one path forward in this one month, threatning the Government and citizens of Orissa.This time they have crossed the limit with loooting the bank at Machhakund, Koraput.Maoists has attacked the State bank of India(SBI) on friday night around 11 pm.As per the police officials , they have theft 6 lakhs 30 thousand rupees.In the last month, this is the second violence by Maoists in Machhakund.Maoists has bombarded on the police station of the area on 7th of this month.

Nearly at 11 in the night, around 50 armed  maoists entered the village . First , they tortured some of the villagers to enquire about the whereabouts of the officials of SBI.Maoists entered the home of K.V.R. murty, manager SBI, Binayak Behera, cashier, and T Krishna, an employee and forced them to open the bank.Aferlooting money, maoists forced the bank officials to open the gold vault.But as the key wasn’t with them, the maoists left the place.As a precaution from police attack, the maoists had put heavy logs in the road of Machhakund-lamtapat, Machhakund-Jalaput.They took away 10 mobiles of the near people before leaving the place.Police reached there in the morning and started their investigation.Although, the right amount of money hasn’t yet detected, but the estimation is around 6 lakhs and 30 thousand.

After this two serious attack by moists on this particular place, Government should make the place more tight in security, which hasn’t been done yet.

The bus was hijacked near Gumphakonda Chowk, about 50kms away from Malkanigiri, by the villagers.According to the report of Police, the bus was on its way to Jeypore from MV 88.The villagers forced the driver to move from the bus and took the bus away about 20 km from Gumphakonda Chowk.

Satyabrata Bhoi, SP of Malkanagiri reported, “Three bus employees are in arrest of the hijackers.The bus owner had been called for a talk with the villagers.We are keeping a watch in the situation.”

 Its Just one day after Police sub-inspector was assassinated  by maoist in Sambalpur District, nine securitymen were again victim of Maoist  landline explosion in Koraput District on Thursday.

                              The incident occured around 9 am near Palur Village, about 95 km from Koraput,between Narayan Patna and Laxmipur while security personnel  were moving into the area to provide Security to a team of rapid action force. 

                    A cop said  ” The exact number of blasts is yet to be ascertained, but preliminary reports indicate two” . The martyr’s are N D Tiwari, Bira Bhadra Singh, Narayan Sarma, Mahi Prasad Singh, Sanmon Hero, Kanhiya Singh,  Avinash Kumar Kujar,  N K Nair and Sukant Sahu(driver).

Hope, the terror spread by the maoists will come to an end with proper measures taken up by the Govt.

The continuation of violence by maoists to prove their terror activities is accumulating in piles and their recent activities once again proved it. The blast on the railway track in Orissa’s Sundergarh district and the attack on Police patrol at Jharkhand district explains the evidence behind their growing power and the incapability of Police.

Just a few minutes after a good train has crossed the Chandiposh station which is at a distance of 30 km from Rourkela, the rebels successfully blasted the railway track upto four feet.The blast news reached the police official within no time and the derail was maintained within the next half an hour.

But the damage which continually growing should be taken care off. The iniatitive shown by Govt. to resolve the issue of maoists are perhaps not upto the mark, hence the cases arises.

In Jharkhand, the maoists attacked three policemen in a landmine blast at a distance of 70 km from Ranchi.The Police officials were returning after an usual patrol, where this incident happened.Unofficial reports says, two of the policemen were injured ,but according to Puja Singhal, deputy commissioner, all the Police officers are safe.

The demands and presidency shown by the maoists should be brought under control otherwise these incidents will become our day-to-day cases.

The terror of Maoists is concentrating in a rapid pace.In an another attack by maoists, the undivided Koraput district came under their grasp few hours ago.

Maoists attacked the Baipariguda police station with explosives.It has been reported that more than 100 maoists attack the place and still the firing is in process.The Machakunda maoists association is believed to be the culprit behind the attack.

Maoists made the police to come outside and then attacked the station with brought explosives.

Around 800 nalco employees demonstrated their anger infront of their administrative office in Damanjodi demanding the dismissal of thier CMD.They alleged that although a week has been passed since the heinous act , not a single officer has visited the site.

Since the terrorists attack of April 12, the area has been sealed and bomb disposal squads are on duty to detect and inactivate the mining area.It will take some time for smooth functioning of the mine activity again.

“Explosives are kept for exploring bauxite in the mine.The guerrillas were having an eye on it previously.So we have tightened the security.This helps us to fight with the Maoists.”Nalco CMD Chittaranjan Pradhan said.

A few days before a MLA candidate for Malkanagiri constituency , Santosh Madkami has been killed by Maoists.The guerrillas have repeatedly threatened candidates as well as voters to refrain from participating in the votes.This attack is another threatening from them.

This incident brought back the memories of February 2004, when Maoists seized the district headquarter town of Koraput and looted armories, and the February 2008 attack on Nayagarh town, in which 15 policemen were gunned down for the same purpose.
