Supreme court declared in a judgement that anyone from India who has
a bank account in Swiss bank comes under jurisdiction.Swiss bank has
to reveal all the details of bank account holders.
After this decision given by the court, Political issues arise.BJP

 all the ruling partymen.But according to Kapil Sibal, party spokesperson
 of Congress,”this is not a political issue.Black money should come to India.
