PM Straight talk to Zardari
“My mandate is to tell you that Pakistani territory should not be used for terrorism against India”. This was the first line delievered by India’s Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh to Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari in the first look of the meeting. Zardari replied to PM’s statement as “please let them go”.
The journalists were eager to leave before they could carry on with their conversations in the first top level contact between the two countries after the mumbai terror attacks in November. PM made it clear to Zardari that Pakistan should take bold action against terrorism directed against India. Its all about insists Pakistan to take action against Jihadis targeting India. Pak foreign minister has admitted by giving the statement ,”We are the victims of terrorism, but as a nation we have decided to act in a decisive manner and has convinced India to stop the terror coming from their home”.
