Finally Raja Acharya and Chagala convicted for Biranchi Murder
Fast track court in Bhubaneswar set to deliver the verdict to Sandeep Acharya, alias Raja and Akshaya Behera alias chagala in the sensational case murder of judo coach Biranchi Das on Monday.
Another witness and key player in the entire episode, actress Bidusmita, said she is apprehensive about the verdict. A witness, studio owner Jubilee Sundaray, who also happens to be the brother of State Relief Commissioner Nikhunja Sundaray, said the case is airtight.
Both the prosecution and defence lawyers are claiming that the judgment will go on their favour. Meanwhile, police have tightened
security around the court premises and those entering will be thoroughly frisked. Close on the heels of the sensational murder of judo coach Biranchi Das that had triggered panic in the entire state, all eyes are now focused on the verdict by fast track court here on Monday on the punishment of the guilty.

Meanwhile, wife of the slain coach, Geetanjali Panda, in an interview to a television channel said that not only she but the people of the state are waiting anxiously for the verdict and hopefully the guilty will be punished for the brazen crime.
Another witness, Ollywood actress Bidusmita expressed apprehension about the verdict while another witness Jubuli Sundaray, studio owner
who also happens to be the brother of State Relief Commissioner Nikhunja Sundaray, said that the case is airtight.
We have done hard work and are confident that we will get a conviction in the case. In this case, witnesses have been provided protection and
if they do not get justice nobody would henceforth turn up to stand witness against dreaded criminals like Raja Acharya, a senior police official told this paper.
