Tata Nano in Orissa road
The much awaited Tata Nano, the people’s car is going to be handed to the first customer in Orissa on monday.
Tata claims that 2,o3,ooo people have booked for the car and the company’s committed to deliver the car in 2010.While the first customers for the initial phase of car delivery will be handed over in this year.
The customer whose name has been selected from a lucky draw , who is going to ride the car tomorrow is from Paradip area of Orissa. The onroad price for the car is around Rs 1, 40, 000 for the cheapest version of the nano car, while the CX version will cost Rs 1, 84, 000 and LXR version will be Rs 2, 20, 000 on road for the general people.The LXR version have all the facilities of that a luxurious car including power steering, central locking, power window , for the comfort of general people.
Tata will completely occupy the Indian roads by 2010, as claimed by the Tata officials.
