Rape charges put a blur on Shining star, Shiny Ahuja
One of the promsing bollywood star Shiney Ahuja had been allegedly accused of raping his maid in the absence of his wife in his own apartment.The actor was arrested after confirmation of sexual assault and is taken into police custody till June 18.He has been put the charge under the sections of IPC for rape(376), criminal intimidation(506) and wrongful confinement(342).
The 18 year old maid had ben working in his home for the last one and a half month ago.The heinous incident took place around 3-5pm on sunday.The complainant reported the officials that , in the absence of his wife, the actor forcefully took the girl to his bed room and raped there.The girl had come for domestic work in the actor’s apartment.The incident left the girl shocked and she went to his relatives house, who register a complain against the star in the near-by Oshiwara police station at around 7 pm.
With a number of hit films like Woh Lamhe,Gangster, Bhool Bhulaiya in his career, the actor is leading the industry.In a short span of time,the actor has received offers from Hollywood films also.This incident will surely put a harmful impression in Shiney’s career.
